Returns + Refunds Policy

RETURNS:

Oh no! We are sad your purchase didn't work out as planned. At Stork Basics we have a 30 day return policy. Returns must be delivered unused, unworn, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. Once your package arrives to our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for return processing. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Damaged items must be reported within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement or store credit. Please send an email to hello@storkbasics.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and we will be more than happy to help!
